HOW TO REGISTER

To register, it is necessary to fill in the on-line Registration Form.

Upon submit the registration form, an email will be sent with all the registration details. When you proceed with the payment by credit card the invoice will be sent in attachment to the mentioned email.

The confirmation email should be presented at the registration desk at the  Conference venue to pick up your materials.

At least one author of each accepted paper has to register on or before July 1, 2015.  This registration is seen as a commitment to present the paper at the conference.  For papers without registered authors, the authors should inform the chairs before this date who will be presenting the paper at the conference on their behalf.  Failure to do so may result in the paper being excluded from the proceedings and the conference program.

Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and the payment are received by the Conference Secretariat on July 15, 2015 at the latest.

You will have the possibility to register in the Conference venue. The on-site registration will be available from September 7, 2015.

All participants will receive the Letter of Confirmation within three working days via e-mail or fax after the submission of their registration form.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to people who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding the visa requirements can be find here.

When registering as a student, please send a copy of a written endorsement from your tutor or another proof of full-time study to the conference secretariat.

Regular and Student Registration Fee Includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions, workshops and tutorials on Monday and Friday;
  • Admission to the technical programme on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday;
  • Conference materials;
  • Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday;
  • Informal Dinner during Poster Sessions on Tuesday and Thursday;
  • Welcome Cocktail: September 7, 2015;
  • Conference Dinner: September 9, 2015.

1-day Pass Registration Fee Includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions, workshops and tutorials on Monday or Friday;
  • Conference materials;
  • Welcome Cocktail: September 7, 2015.

Accompanying Person´s Fee Includes:

  • Welcome Cocktail: September 7, 2015;
  • Conference Dinner: September 9, 2015.
     

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
